Unfortunately, we have had a poor experience with Hoda with a home she listed for rental. She arrived late to her own showing, and did not bother responding to our inquiries after we applied for the home. Our calls and texts were entirely ignored following our application for the rental home she showed. It was $110 to apply (non refundable), at the very least, a simple response or update would have made it a much more palatable experience than the way it was handled. No matter what you are looking for Hoda will treat you with the same attention and respect. She is attentive, friendly, pays attention to the details and knows the DMV market well. The best experience I have ever had with a realtor! Highly recommended!
