I asked if they could get my transmission fluid replaced and oil changed. I dropped it off around lunchtime and told me it would be done by the end of the day and that they would call me when its finished. First off, they did not call me when it was finished but also when I asked them if they noticed anything about the transmission, they said looks fine.
