No stars ' we don't give medical advice ' asked to be transferred to the emergency room ' they won't give you medical advice either ' call 911. - you're an insane person lady. Get a job at a gas station and get out of the medical profession. My ankle is likely fractured. Why am I paying 200 dollars for the emergency room? I want to know what the protocol is before I crawl up there in the dark.

I fell on a trail at Cedar Falls. Broke my ankle and sprained my ankle and wrist. Everyone was kind and professional. Thank them all.

Had a chronic health issue come up during my visit to Ohio during my son’s college tours. The staff was courteous, helpful and efficient. The Nurse Practitioner I saw, Holly, was an absolute gem! Thanks also to Jill who was helpful from start finish. I was in and out within an hour and some change. How great to have an urgent care at a hospital to eliminate the flood of issues coming through the ER.

We were in Hocking Hills over Memorial Day weekend and my 12 yo son suddenly came down with severe ear pain. Because we had been at the lake, I assumed it was swimmers ear and thought about running up to the store for rubbing alcohol. But it was 6pm and any mother knows ear pain doesn’t get better at night, it only gets worse so I decided to take him in.
