Dr Amy Day , Brittany and the receptionist are really good people. Tiffany is such a caring person a very professional frame and eye care.
We had some scheduling issues at first, but they called and very kindly explained what was going on. They were at no way at fault, it was the insurance’s fault (Like always). The lady that called was very kind and understanding. I very much appreciate a business who calls, admits fault, and tries their best to fix the problem, and this one did.
I’d like to be able to share details with my experience at this particular business, but they won’t call me back so I can make an appointment. I called a week ago and I’ve not heard anything from anybody so I’m guessing they don’t want my business or they’re not taking new patients? It would’ve been nice if somebody would’ve called and let me know now I don’t have any eye doctor to go to since I can’t get out of Logan I don’t drive anymore. Thank you for nothing.
I wanted to say THANK YOU to Tiffany, Skylar and Dr. Thomas for your diligence and patience. You showed that customer service is not dead or dormant. What a great staff and true professionals, I will never go elsewhere!!
Due to insurance coverage, I had to get my eyes examined here by Dr. Thomas and get glasses prescription here. Dr. Thomas and his staff were very professional and did an excellent job. My glasses fit perfectly. I appreciate the kind and caring service. Thank you.
