Mama Bear “cabin” is a trailer. Inside was clean. The beds were the worst that any of us have ever slept in. The grill was unusable until we cleaned it, but still caught on fire underneath due to lack of care and cleaning. The hot tub was horrid, the water was absolutely disgusting and ruined all of our bathing suits. The pond was fun, but the tire rim fire pit was tiny.
we decided to do a last minute getaway, we got woltz retreat and it was PERFECT. it was an awesome lil getaway for 2. with a very cute and quiet cabin. we definitely will be coming back!!!
Wow. Where to start! This will be the second year we come down to the Deer Haven cabin. We were looking for something off the main path and away from the main attractions. While they have several cabins much closer to attractions, this was the perfect one for us. Secluded and cozy. Perfect for 2 to 3 people or 2 adults and 2 kids. No cell service so be prepared for that ahead of time. Beautiful inside with huge leather furniture and a great bed. Stayed at one of their cabins recently (mama bear) and it was amazing. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and it was in a nice secluded area, surrounded by trees. The cabin itself was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen was great to cook in and had everything you need and the cookware was in great condition. Couch was perfect for relaxing and watching tv and great to nap on as well. Hot tub was fantastic and the deck lights gave a nice ambience. very nice clean cabin we stayed in the moms bear cabin ... fishing was good and Tony was alot of help we are going back in June... we loved it and was close to the stores and old mans cave
