We had a leak situation and set up an appointment for Hockers to come and take a look. Jason was very thorough and explained the situation. Also provided options with repairing or replacing our faucet. Completed the repair that he was able to do today including what sounds like some previously bad plumbing work (pipes, valves, seals.). Also appreciate the follow up email explaining what was done, what our options are, and pictures. We definitely will call them again for the follow up or future repairs when necessary.

The fan on our water heater was going out,, was a good run for 20 yrs, and had hockers come and give a look, and he didnt have size on truck we needed and he told us what he had in truck, he had a tankless a little bigger then what we needed, gave Jason the go ahead and he put it in, he was done by 10pm, he was nice and he was willing and knowledgeable on questions asked.. Had done inspection and he had to come change out a vent pipe.. Jason was our guy and if any other issues arise will deal with again..
The plumber and what I assume was an apprentice did fair work. That is the only reason I gave a one-star. Hockers does not protect your home or the homeowner. In my experience, they tried at every turn to make more money even after they caused the damage. Things I wish I had known or done.1. WATCH OUT for the ICE Maker Policy!
