Sump pump was not emptying sump. Determined that runoff drainage pond in the backyard was high and was raising the water table to the level of sump. Remedy was to clear out the pond drain pipe to reduce water table. Problem solved based on advise from technician. We did the rest at no further cost.
Brandon arrived promptly for a soft water conditioner. Explained what he would do and in just a short time had everything installed. Professional, courteous and highly recommended.

Jason is a phenomenal technician and he did very well at explaining what we needed to do to get things done in proper order. He did a fantastic job.
