Horrible staff, been in multiple times and they have refused everything i have brought in even though they have taken items like that before and today when i brought items in they watched me struggle to carry it all after my ride left and than proceeded to watch me drop and break it and offered no help, they were extremely rude telling me they cant take anything i brought, i would recommend going to any other pawn shop in the area because the lady’s that work here dont care at all and will give you extremely rude service
Excellent customer service, easy peazy from start to finish. Chayenne was thorough and proffesional the entire interaction. She really knows her stuff. A nod to her employees Shae and Toni, friendly and helpful. All around a great experience.
Wish I could give zero stars ! Me and my fiancé walked in there Wanting to sell our very antique banjo passed down from generations In almost perfect condition. And they wouldn’t even look at it… My grandfather is a famous musician, and the amount of disrespect coming from these people were insane. Not to mention not one adult insight it look like the store was run by children… How are kids supposed to know how valuable and antique things are when the items are older than they are… I would never recommend this to anybody Oh,... read more
