RecommendedWe had an amazing time! We didn’t get all the pictures we wanted bc we was so wrapped up in having fun! I love it from the Enrty to the exit ... something different t and the kids enjoyed
Well the pins or enclosures the animals were not that clean. I understand animals will have a little smell but all the sour and nasty feed that animals didn’t eat needs to be cleaned up more! Or put cement wall ways so it could be sprayed down more!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, we enjoyed feeding the livestock outside and also meeting some of the more exotic animals inside. Our 3 year old had a blast!

It’s hard to put in to words the joy I feel at HPZ. The animals are incredible to see and hold. There is a calm, loving vibe in spite of the chaos of having so many animals and so little time. The employees and volunteers are happy to assist and it’s plain to see how much they love the animals. I’ve been sickened by “petting zoos” in the past who buy animals for people to pay to pet, but care very little about the animals. Not here at HPZ! Lots of animals and lots of fun!! Friendly staff!!
We absolutely loved this place!!! Our 3 year old grandson had the best time petting and feeding the animals and riding a pony!!! The staff were also very friendly!!!! We will definitely be back!!! Highly recommend!!!
