I strongly advise everyone to avoid this dental office. My experience has been horrible due to their dishonest pricing. Before my procedure, the office personally called me and my insurance company and explicitly confirmed my out-of-pocket cost. Based on this specific information provided by them and confirmed even at my appointment, I agreed to the treatment. Dr. Le is an expert and very kind. I visited her for multiple molar retreatments to correct work from a previous dentist. She completed the process with meticulous detail. She and her assistant were patient and professional throughout the long process. I am glad I was referred to this clinic.
Never in my life would I have thought I'd say "relaxing" and "root canal" in the same sentence. Yet that's exactly my experience at Hoch Endodontics. Honestly, I'm blown away by the staff and Dr. Hoch in particular. She was incredibly thoughtful, educational, responsive, and efficient. Sue is a consummate professional and you will be well taken care of. I hope to never need a procedure again, but if I ever do, I couldn't imagine not going to Hoch Endodontics. Thank you guys!
I own a business and when you see another business deliver an incredible customer experience I want to make sure I spread the word. Yesterday I had the pleasure to work with the Hoch team. Holly at the front desk was amazing and Dr. Hoch and his assistant delivered the most professional service I have ever experienced. If you ever need a Root Canal go to Hoch Endodontics!
Fantastic experience Dr. Barry Hoch he is kind and caring! He explains everything and takes the time to do this in it’s entirety. I wouldn’t go anywhere else he’s one of the best in the area!!
