Hobson Windows staff and crew members were nothing but professional courtesy and trustworthy. Kyle came to my home and was pleasant and honest. He made the appropriate recommendations and did not try to over sell anything. He kept me informed about the process and cost. We just had a double hung and a triple hung window and a back door installed two weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier! Steve Hobson was professional, thorough and quick! I can’t wait until they do some other projects for us!
I had new windows installed a few weeks ago...WOW....what a great experience. Hobson's is a wonderful company that really goes the distance for customer service. Everyone from Steve, to the office personal, to the work crew, are all first class. Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Hobson Window did a great job replacing all of our original windows in our 1930s house! The owner, Steve, was incredibly responsive to my many questions. The installation team was quick, clean, and professional! And most importantly, the windows (Majesty by Ideal) look great! I felt that the price was very fair and would hire them again.
As the owner and operator of MAC Fitness in Kingston, we were in the process of doing an expansion of 9112 ft. We needed a lot of mirror and glass work done. I was recommended Hobson Window and even though they had a pretty full schedule, they did take on all of the work needed for our expansion project in a very timely matter. As a local business owner, I cannot say enough great things about Hobson Window and their technicians along with the knowledge of how to help you out.
Hobson windows just made a dream come true for my daughter. A dance setup, including a very large mirror, became available but had to be picked up almost immediately. The Hobson crew to the rescue. They not only picked up the mirror but installed it in my home that same day. The crew was quick, friendly and professional. They made my daughter's day. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone.
