This company in **********, nc is charging for services never rendered.. I asked them for a quote on exterminating wasp around my elderly father’s house. I was told they had to view the house and would provide a quote. The technician went to the house and i was given a quote of $85 per month and I decided not to take their services. Later that month I received an extermination bill for $85. They never performed the service.
I have been using Hobson's Termite and Pest Solutions for twelve years now and would feel remiss if I did not share the level of Customer Service these people offer they have rid my home of pests and rodents in the kindest most compassionate way, it is evident from the beginning they know their stuff and are happy to educate their clients and keep them informed as to how my issues were being handeled and were awesome for scheduling! I highly recommend them in fact I do often and my refferals feel the same. *******
Hobson's has been my pest company since I moved here in 2012 and they are great. They have taken care of all my pest needs from bugs to termites and even my difficult situation with rodents. They didn't give up until we found the solution (open plumbing pipe)! They are professional and their entire staff make me feel like part of the family. I would highly recommend Hobson's to anyone who has a pest issue.
As a Property Manager with Central Park Realty, I regularly use Hobson's for my rental properties and highly recommend their services. Recently we have been dealing with a rodent problem at one of our rental properties. I've been dealing with this company for about 3 months. I am not the homeowner, I just rent. The property I rent from had an attic full of rats! Hobsons came out and closed up the outside access points around the house. After they left we still had rats. Hobsons as a company insisted that there was no long anymore rats, then finally sent out an employee who was rude and said we were making everything up. Technician service is great, however sales and customer service are bad. Be careful when reading their proposal, as they will be deceitful in their offer. Initial service charge should be $99, but they will inflate it to 149 if you present a coupon or one of their marketing emails. Mr. ******, you originally signed up for our service in 2016 when our initial price was $99, you kept our service for 2 years and cancelled without paying your last service invoice of $120. We reached out to you several times via phone, email and letters with no response. We eventually had to credit of the amount owed to us after 4 months of collection efforts. We have used Impact Pest Control for many years and they have always done an excellent job. A while back we had a ghost ant problem and they came back as many times as it took to resolve this tough problem. There techs are very knowledgeable and very willing to share tips. I highly recommend them.

We had issues with our termite inspection that was done on a home we were buying. We did not feel they did a thorough enough inspection. Termites were found in our home less than two months later. Called to discuss this with the owner Paul H. and he became very rude and unprofessional in our phone conversation and even hung up on me before I was done talking. Here at Hobson's we take pride in our excellent customer service. We always strive to put the customer first and resolve any issues that might arise. We performed the inspection of the property, found evidence and damage caused by dry-wood termites, and our recommendation was tent fumigation to the structure.
