They have the worst customer service don’t waste your time. Amy is great but the front desk do not care for you at all. I’ve been calling for days now and been sent to a voice mail answering machine atleast 50 times now they have left me without my prescriptions being refilled for over a week now I feel like crap since your not supposed to just randomly stop taking your medications but do they care no. I’m not joking they will forward your call consistently which is why I am know taking this to the better business bureau.
If you hired a better front desk you’d be able to keep patients you’ve had since Dr. Millar My mother and I have been coming to you guys since I was basically old enough to go to the doctor. Every time I call now it’s guerrilla warfare to accomplish the most minuscule of tasks I do have a great love and appreciation for Amy & Rosner but the front desk is the exact opposite.
