My entire family is very happy with Vision Source Naperville...the doctors take a lot of time with each of us. AND the staff up front is cheerful, helpful, and really good and helping us pick out frames that will look nice on each of us. Also, they are great and guiding us to time our purchases so that we get the maximum insurance coverage. Thanks!
This practice is what's wrong with the medical field. I have been going to this practice for over 8 years and it recently gained new management. The new owners goal is to make money without regards to patient care. Their lack of care and compassion for their clients automatically puts one off to going back. One example of this was when I got new contacts. They didn't feel right and so I went back for a follow up, and without prior notice or any indication of a policy change, they said they charge for follow ups. So essential... read more
We have been going here for a while and it used to be a great experience but lately since it has come under new management my experience hasn't been nearly as good as it once used to be. I'll be looking for a new eye doctor now.
I'd been a patient of Dr. Cullison and since then with Dr. Burns and most recently Dr. Klabunde. I have always been very pleased with the services of all of the doctors and staff. I appreciate that they care and go above and beyond to take great care of me and my family.
