I have been a patient of this office for 17 years. I have never had a problem getting an appointment before it became MyEyeDr. Now, since the merger, getting through to the appointment desk just to make an appointment is horrible. I called this morning just to see if I could move an appointment to another day. I had them on two phones and after 38 minutes on one phone and 47 minutes on another, I just hung up. I used them to update my prescription, but since moved out of the area. They called me and emailed me about a year later letting me know that I was about due for another appointment. I responded and reached back out to let them know that I live in a different state. I now continue to get robo calls from them trying to get me to go back in. Go here if you want to be hounded with robo calls for years.
I first came in to get a pair of glasses and a glasses exam, they rushed me through the exam and just so happened to miss that I needed a special corrective lens for one eye so I had to go back TWICE to have just the glasses fixed. After wanting to give them the benefit of a doubt I went in for a contact exam and paid $75 of my own hard earned money to get the prescription, they again rushed me through the process. This is by far the best place to go to for any type of service for your eyes. It started last year when I needed a quick visit for contacts and an eye infection and Dr. Zutaut took care of me and has been my doctor ever since. She helped me with waivers for the military that eventually helped me join to serve my country and was very patient when I had issues with contact deliveries across state lines.
