It was a great pleasure dealing with the gentleman there at Hobson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bedford Indiana. Grant, Levi and the entire staff at Hobson made it a very pleasant experience.
Brought in my RAM 3500 to have the 70,000 mile service done that included the oil, fuel filters, and 4x4 fluids. They also corrected an issue with a failed sensor that through a P2002-00 code and Check Engine Light. I just drove the truck 2000 miles to Idaho without any issues - no issues with DPF system!! The service was great. The only issue I have is with keep them self. Cause if you do a recall and the result is the oil life goes to 0 why should the customer be responsible to change the oil.
The service dept guy Terry Tyson was exceptionally helpful and kept me informed of the progress of the maintenance being preformed on my jeep! These are the kind of people that make the maintenance experience better! He deserves a raise! Thank you!
