First time at Hobson's Chevrolet. Service staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. Would recommend!
It was only an oil change and tire rotation. They took out my cabin filter and when I tried to pick up my car after hours the blower was making a lot of noise. I left it for a second day and they fixed the issue but didn’t leave the keys in my car for pick up as I requested. I ran home to get my second set as I had to have my car for a planned event. The battery on my fob was dead and my car wouldn’t start. I called them on day 3 and they had to dig around to find my keys. If they can’t get a simple oil change right I would ... read more
Slow horrible service department. lied to me and my warranty company. My family,friends, and myself will never do business there again.
Service was fast and the staff is very friendly. Everything was completed within an hour and a half. This is my second car I have bought thru Hobson and more than likely my next. Thank you, Scott, for being incredible!!!!!!
