I LOVE Justin Pennington’. My AC UNIT went down Friday @ 6pm of course. Justin came to my rescue on his way home. It wasn’t good news but as soon the part arrived Tuesday, he was here to install it. I wasn’t home. He took care of my AC, thermostat and my puppy dogs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!
Mark was great, we told him why we had called for service and Mark heard what we said, which is something I really appreciate. Mark is also very polite, professional and knowledgeable in his job. Mark checked the entire system and explained what he found, and what our options are. We went with Mark's recommendations
$199 for visit upfront?!?! Watch out they play price games! It’s Memorial Day weekend and my unit went out so I tried to have someone come out and they said it was $199 for emergency visit or I can wait until Tuesday morning and pay only $99 for a diagnostic. I agreed and was given an 8 hour window! The next day, Monday morning (Memorial Day) I get a call from them stating in order to secure my appointment i need to pay $199 upfront.
