Mark D. was very efficient, professional and friendly. He asked about how our heat pump was working and if our energy costs were too high before he started checking the system. He checked the system and cleaned the outside unit as well as making sure the drain was working properly. He offered some options that could provide was added protections, but we declined at this time.
I would like to thank Danny B. for such fantastic service today. Not only was he friendly and professional, my a/c feels so much better after his tune-up. Great job. An awesome guy! Thanks, Danny!
