My very recent experience with this flooring company was nothing short of awful. I was given an estimate for the work I needed done. Once I was told the work was completed I paid what was agreed upon in full with the expectation that they would return to complete the last part of job which was minor. When I did a walk through I noticed a handful of items that were either not completed or very poorly done.
