Just tried their Hobo Hawaiian. AMAZING! Haven't tasted such delicious pizza in a long time. Great job and keep it up!
Very well made pizza with a crust structure and taste that is above the rest. This is the closest to a brick and mortar setup. Fresh toppings and a variety that is always a good surprise. Pizzas are cranked out timely and hot. Pricing is a bit high, but what good food truck isn't. A better alternative to many other choices. Definitely a great choice. Key choices are the Margherita and surprisingly the Hawaiian. The Meat lovers is hearty, but heavily seasoned.
At a convention with a ton of food trucks but wanted to try the pizza. The pizza was outstanding, loved the crust, it was pricey but went back 2 other times because it was good. Since it was a busy convention truck wasn't serving anything but cheese and pepperoni (wanted to try chefs choice Margherita) I am sure it would be outstanding
This might be the best pizza I've ever had. Our office complex in Irvine started hosting bi-weekly food trucks at lunch and Hobo Co Pizza was here the first week. Never had a pizza from a food truck but was intrigued. The lady who took my order was super friendly and we had a nice little chat while I was ordering.
