10/10 Do not recommend. Smoke detectors go off all throughout the day and night, disrupting my grandmothers sleep. The entire building is infested with mice, and maintenance and office personal are NEVER here when they're supposed to be. We've purchased many traps out of pocket, to remedy the situation, but there all gaps in the baseboards and cabinets that allows them in. Front office worker, Tamara, is here maybe 2x a week, but never for the full office hours, and they do not return phone calls. The city needs to be called... read more
Management changes every year or two. They accept subsidies and look the other way. The place is full of mice and the management never does anything about it. No one who loves their senior family members should let them live here.
