Hobgood has excellent customer service, Adam and his crew are prompt, courteous and professional. They take care of all my annual inspections. Recently called them with electrical issue, they arrived same day, got me fixed up and ready to go! Highly recommend there services.
Hardworking and dependable! When our heat went out, he came out timely and got the job done. It was the dead of winter and we need to keep our home and my home office for my mobile DNA and Drug testing business heated. He got our unit back up and running and made sure we were comfortable with the work he did! Great local business!
Hobgood Mechanical has been my go-to for HVAC for the last 13 years. Customer service is unmatched - my A/C went out due to a power hit recently, and they were on-site less than two hours after the initial call. The company is owned by Adam Hobgood and his wife Jamey, and they consistently go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They installed my last heat pump and when/if it gets replaced they will be the only people I call.
They were able to come out quickly to deal with our upstairs AC, which is 10 years old. They determined that two (expensive) parts needed replacing, but went the extra mile and determined that the parts were still under warranty. We ended up paying only for labor and the coolant they had to add. Super friendly all along, felt like they understood how important their work was to our home. I highly recommend them.
We had a great experience working with Adam and his crew. From the quoting process to the installation of our unit, we were treated fairly and enjoyed our experience working with everyone at Hobgood. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond our expectations. They were timely and had all the work done by the day they said they would be done.
