Overall friendly. Only issue I have is that it lacks professionalism and communication. If you’re a first time renter I would advise you to look elsewhere because they will try to take advantage and overcharge. It was minor lack of maintenance upon moving in my unit. I opened my kitchen window and the glass just fell out and the wood was rot. Maintenance man came the next day and fixed it. Make sure you document every last thing you do and agreed upon.
Ms. Renee is very nice and helpful she always there if I need anything and I've been with them for 6 years now. Love everyone in the office
Places are very outdated. Hard to get anything fixed without a hassle. If you have any complaints about neighbors or property you’ll get threatened to get kicked out. Places need a lot of repairs. Very rude.
