Very disappointed-paid $14.95 (plus made mistake of putting tip in box before seeing car) and many, many pollen spots were still on car and windows-including windshield. When I pointed them out they said, “for $14.95 we don’t get all the pollen stains.” Also, inside wipe and vac cursory: still sand on rugs, dust on dash. Hate to post a negative review but I gave them every chance to make it right.
