Hobday did poor work. His plumbing leaked within a year. His HVAC ducts had failures and holes leaking air. The quality of the interior trim work was pathetic, cutting corners and painting over the mistakes. The roof leaked in 2 places within a year and he failed to put drip edge on large areas. Walls cracked after a year.- big cracks, not normal. Fronts deck out of square by a lot. Deck posts not aligned. Electrical work cut corners. Already had outlets fail. No quality controls. Hobday Custom Homes stained our cedar home and our 4 decks, replaced a leaking gutter and replaced two rotting boards. We were pleased with their team of painters. Jack, Luis, John and Casey were very informative and went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the end results. I highly recommend!
