These guys are the only actual model shop in town that specialize in airplanes and surface vehicles. They have many other cool things as well. In my mind you get what you pay for. They may be pricey but the service has always been top notch. I always go there for questions and they have great staff that can help you. If you need a return they will assist you. This is a one of a kind business, very awesome selection of basically everything you may need for any kinda hobby, they have the know how to get things done, with that being said I've seen employees being treated by other customers whiles still staying cool and positive (which happened when I was in there today to one of their Airsoft employees )
I've been in the hobby for quite a while and the service here is in the top 15% for hobby shops I've visited. The staff is quick to open an exploded diagram and helps me verify that I'm buying the right parts. They've got anew excellent selection of parts for most of the name brands and I've only had 1 or 2 instances where they didn't carry a part I was looking for, and it was for anow odd ball build. Overpriced and rude. I generally buy from local businesses but I would rather just buy online. They do not value customers.
You can't find customer service like this anymore. Owner and staff are very knowledgeable and you can't beat the prices online. All around a great buying experience, would recommend.
They will order anything they don't have in stock and will match Horizon Hobby's prices. No complaints here!

Owner is losing lots of cash due to these employees! I have spent thousands through the years here (just like the other reviewer here) and pretty much got the same treatment last time i was in there. While looking through their airplane selection, i saw a micro plane that i figured i'd blow the $125 on. I saw a box that was previously opened (seal was cut) and thought i'd better check it out before i bought it. It looked fine.
