The best deli & the best people ever! You can never go wrong here!!
Excellent hot pastrami sandwich. French fries not so much. But I went for the sandwich and it was so good.
I have been to all of the best Jewish delis in New York City. None of them are as good as HOBBYS. Old fashion Jewish food at its best !!!!!

I had THE best lunch I’ve EVER had today at Hobby’s! The homemade soups are excellent, and the brisket melts in your mouth. The staff is friendly and attentive...and Mark couldn’t have been nicer to my daughter and me. This is a Great stop for lunch!!
Husband and I had planned to come here over a week in advance; we had tickets to an NJ Devils Game. And it did not disappoint; totally delivered! So glad we went! Food was delicious, it came out just as pictured on their website. Husband got "The Nico" and I enjoyed the #12 (Lox on a bagel). We both got the Cole Slaw. Staff was super friendly; owners came out and chatted with us for a while. Wasn't too busy yet as we arrived at 430pm for a 7pm game. Can't wait to come back and enjoy another pre-game meal!
