RecommendedStaff including management needs some training on diffussing a situation and not to confront a customer in regards to possible theft. Getting in someone's face and antagonize them on is not safe you the employee or customers. And the 2 team leaders/managers watching and allowing this behavior of your employee shame on you. Step up be an example. Safety first this situation that just happened in Hemet could have become very serious and avoided.
