Our microwave quit working. John with Hobbs Appliance Repair came over and unfortunately the diagnosis wasn't good. Being our microwave was 13 years old. John recommended us to buy a new microwave, saying it would be cheaper than him repairing our microwave. He was so nice and very professional. He didn't even charge us for a service call. This was our second time to call on Hobbs Appliance for repairs and will continue too so in the future. CM
Hobbs was contracted by our movers’ claim department due to damage during a move. We had a bit of trouble connecting at first but once scheduled, our experience was great. John had to source parts not available from the manufacturer as the movers had incorrectly disassembled our fridge and was very communicative about the process and resourceful in trying to track them down. Poor repair on our LG refrigerator... The unit failed multiple times after Hobbs claimed they repaired it. Then they continued to drag their feet on a follow-up to repair their failed repair. This was the company LG contracted to complete the necessary repairs. I would advise anyone needing an appliance repair to seek an alternative company that can correctly resolve their appliance failure.

Scheduling was quick and easy. Brandon Jr. was very pleasant and helpful. He addressed all the issues surrounding our washer and we were up and running when he left. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Would highly recommend this company for your appliance needs.
