Let me tell you, Hobb's Realty is exceptional. The staff is amazing. It is my little piece of heaven every year. I have found Hobb's has the most updated properties, beautiful views and the cleanest houses on earth. We love 875 Ocean blvd W. Ocean Melody & Harmony!! It has an A & B side and it is spectacular. We rented a beach house from Hobbs for the week of August 1-8. A hurricane came through which caused the island to be shut down to visitors for part of the week. We did not take out trip insurance because we felt the price was too high. We were never allowed to step foot into the beach house. We were not refunded one cent on the rental, cleaning fees, taxes, etc. We were not offered a discount on a future stay or an alternative week to come. We were offered nothing.
