DO NOT USE R.C. HOBBS FOR ANY BUILDING PROJECT OR PURCHASE A HOME THAT THEY HAVE BUILT. I work for a Restoration Company that did work on a very new home that R.C. Hobbs had built in Riverside, CA. There was a leak and, therefore, water restoration and mold remediation needed to be performed on this home. Jeff Moore, an SVP with them, signed our paperwork acknowledging that they were responsible for the damage and the payment of the work that was being done on the home.
