100% do NOT recommend buying ANYTHING from hobbs. We have had nothing but problems with our house. We bought our "brand new" 2022 4 bedroom 2 bath, and it was a COMPLETE nightmare since day one. From every sink leaking, every carpet seam fraying/ripping, replacing the entire roof not even 3 years later, to MOLD growing in the seam of the house by our master shower.
