On top of the annual air conditioning inspection, the tech installed a Nest thermostat that FPL had sent to us. He reviewed all systems, walked me through directions on new thermostat and left everything clean and tidy. This is our 2nd appointment with them and I am highly satisfied and will recommend Hobbs to anyone needing these services.
I have not received service from them. I was however shocked when they called my phone and knew where I lived, along with my name and address, attempting to get my business for an AC checkup. I asked the lady how they received my info, (I am unlisted). She let me know that they purchased my info from a third-party site called Data Axle. I do not support any business that gains their customers by purchasing their information. I called and had my info removed from Data Axle. Sketchy practices....
