lady at front desk named emilia didn’t want to check me in, once asked about her name she admitted there was one at 11 o’clock. very rude just asked that i wanted to rule out the flu she gave me a snobby response and said that it was because of the flu shot i was given which i already knew however i never got symptoms like this which is why i wanted to get checked out. very rude and unprofessional
I was scheduled with a provider megan Chavarria and I can’t believe how rude and unkind a person can be - after trying do virtual call with her which closed rudely and called as I was telling her my symptoms - she didn’t even listen and cut the phone line with no return call. How rude the providers are in this place! Horrible experience and would not recommend!!
I went here in 1st of October saw Megan she was very professional and her nurse they were great and helped me with everything I had issues with I don’t run to the dr everytime I stub my toe I wait until it’s so bad and made to go but I would recommend Megan she was great and knows her stuff and when you call you go to a call center it’s not her office if someone I a room with computers is answering your call not the doctor office
