The cost of living may have gone up in Hobbs,however, the quality of the mindset has not. The JOBS are certainly available to all who wish to create an environment for themselves and their families. This requires Lea county residents to further their education which in turn will obviously qualify themselves in the market of competitiveness. THE PROBLEM??? MANY ARE ABLE, BUT THE MAJORITY ARE UNWILLING!! WE MUST ALL TAKE THE PROACTIVE ROLE IN OUR OWN SOCIAL ECONOMIC STATUS.!!!
I REALLY LIKE GRANTS TAKE ON APARTMENTS AND HAVING APARTMENTS BUILT IN HOBBS AS A STEPINGSTONE TO BUYING HOUSES AFTER THEY GET HERE. THIS IS EXACTLY WHERE THE HOUSING MARKET KEEPS GOING STRONG. APARTMENTS DONT HURT THE HOUSING MARKET , ACTUALLY IT KEEPS IT IN GROWTH MODE. MOST TRANSFERS AND WORKERS JUAT NEED TEMPORARY PLACES TO GET THEIR FEET ON THE GROUND.
