We recently moved to Springville and I picked this dentist because #1 they sent out a mailer offering a free $50 gift card to new patients and #2 they had good reviews. The office was nice, the staff was nice, everything was good until I got there and they mentioned that the first appointment would last 1.5 hours. I had assumed it would only take an hour (like EVERY other appointment I've ever been to with every other dentist) and I had to pick up my kid from preschool in 1.25 hours.
