Terrible customer service..I made a scheduled date..never showed up. And if you want your equipment to repair immediately,forget it,you have to wait for a week and half...and they never showed up.
The Hobart technician was able to stop the manifold leak on my commercial dishwasher and his manager was going to contact me regarding the part required to get the machine working again. The Fresno service center did not call me, so I called the main service number and asked for a status. I never received a call from the Fresno service center.
Talk about ZERO communication from the regional manager, accounting team and technicians. All I received were excuses and no one followed up after having a credit card charged worth over $700! Without permission or even a simple hey we need a payment today. Don’t call them. Words from their own technicians “were the most expensive and we know it. I don’t feel bad at all” as he began to repair something he installed himself a week prior! Clearly pricing doesn’t mean anything when the work is done in such a poor manner.
