Please remind your drivers to pay attention while driving. One of your company vehicles (license plate ALX-E78) lightly tapped the back of my truck in traffic this morning. I am choosing not to escalate this further since there was no visible damage. However, your drivers represent your business, and inattentive driving in company vehicles is unacceptable. This should be addressed to prevent future incidents.
I have been trying to schedule an install of my Hobart dishwasher for a few weeks now. Multiple emails and calls with no response back. Tonight, my Hobart slicer broke. I called for emergency after hours support and was told no one could help me for 2 days. I am deeply regretting spending thousands of dollars on this equipment. I plan to look for other options for my next restaurant.
Horrible company. First off they don't have a service person in my area so I had to pay a charge for someone to come from Denver. Pay over $1000 for them to fix my dishwasher and two say later it was broken again. This time they charge $600 +. Ended up having to replace to the machine. Called customer service and they blamed it on setment and wouldn't stop say that word. We have very clear water.
