Technician spent 3 hours just messing around. Couldn't find the problem so he made me sign a bill and took our manual home to review. I had a new company come the next morning and I was up and running within 15 min. Julie started calling me the next day asking about my payment before I even received a bill. Once I received the bill in the mail I sent it back right away, however not without Julie calling me every day up to that point. The owner always goes above & beyond any time our restaurant has an issue with ANY equipment - it doesn't matter if we purchased it from his business or not. He & his technicians do their best to accommodate regarding isolating the problem as well as if/when repairs need done. Absolutely the best place to call whether a restaurant needs to purchase equipment or have repairs.
