If possible, I would give 0 stars. I'm done giving a chance to this place. Since the new owners took over, everything has gone down hill. My nails used to be perfect, and very well manicured so I guess they need more training. Tried a no chip, it chipped. Tried a full set, came out crocket and fell off. Can't never win with the new techs, the new old lady who TAKES FOREVER doing nails, happens to be always available and she is definitely not my favorite. I was a regular there for a long time. One of the lasts time I went there an older man gave me a gel manicure which it completely chipped, he polished all over my skin. Since this Salon is so close to my home, I decided to give it another chance and I had this young lady, which I believe she said she is pregnant. Her "gel manicure" wasn't any better than the one that the older man gave me. The workers here are always in a rush and they do an awful job. Love this salon!!! Best pedicure chairs ever. Staff is very friendly, very clean shop. I drive out of my way to get my nails done here. Always get compliments on my nails.
