Will not buy a Kia again! When purchasing we were told we would be able to use a complementary car or would be able to get dropped to work. This wasn’t true. Then the service is absolutely shocking. Kia is absolutely ridiculous with drop off times and not accommodating at all with dropping your car off slightly earlier or later, last service stating that if we were early they wouldn’t accept our car and if we were late they would cancel the service, claiming that it’s to ensure a “smoother process” yet they can’t even keep t... read more
