Great pre arrival preparation after an easy booking system. Easy and efficient check in. Confusion at collection of car when txt said ready and not so much. But that’s a busy time of day for everyone. I would say that after nearly $1500 on a service a car a wash/clean on site would be welcome. A voucher for an inconvenient place well out of my way won’t get used. I live on the eastern shore.
I have had my car in twice recently for service and repairs. On both occasions the standard of customer service has been outstanding. Melissa was friendly and professional, and her communication at all stages of the process was prompt and efficient.
