I have praised this organization to every government official that I know, and anybody moving to Sacramento or living on the streets that needs to get ahead in life. Unfortunately, the current acting property manager, Sammie, or Samantha who literally tosses her cigarette butts on the ground in front of the property makes me think America needs to tell one more person from Great Britain to go home.
