On my first appointment, I noticed how approachable and caring the reception staff were. Very friendly, extremely helpful, offering extra information, cheerful, efficient. I didnt have to wait long for my procedure, and a big thank you to Kyle for explaining the procedure, and what to expect. His easy chat made the procedure go very quickly. I feel like I am in good hands.
Wow what a great service my Husband and I have had over the last 13 years. We are so very grateful to our specialist Dr Andrew Black, he goes above and beyond the call. Lex and I are so pleased we have him and the Heart center as our treating Drs. Thank you . Carol and Lex Wilson.
Recently had to have an echo and a consultation with one of the specialists The sonographer explained the procedure really well and it was a painless experience. The cardiologist was very informative and helpful as well as compassionate, which I think is so important in medicine. Overall I had a very positive experience here.
I seen Dr Luke galligan as I was having chest pains. From the moment I walked in and explained to him that it felt like someone was standing on my chest he said like an elephant and laugh. Then went on to tell me he sees people like me all the time and I need to see someone for help as it’s all in my head. He hadn’t even looked or touched me. Didn’t have any of my records in front of him just referral from my Dr. I paid $250 to a Dr that didn’t even attempt to help me in any way. I would not recommend this Dr at all. I left ... read more
Walked out after waiting 35 minutes (45 if you count the 10 minutes early they ask you to be) for an appointment with no communication and an inability to tell me how much longer I’d be waiting. I understand unexpected things can happen but perhaps inform those waiting so they can make arrangements or notify their work. Poorly managed offices and appointment schedules, and Dr’s thinking that patients can just wait around ad-infinitum is a pretty good indicator of a practice focused more on revenue than they are on a positive... read more
