Walked out after waiting 35 minutes (45 if you count the 10 minutes early they ask you to be) for an appointment with no communication and an inability to tell me how much longer I’d be waiting. I understand unexpected things can happen but perhaps inform those waiting so they can make arrangements or notify their work. We had the pleasure of a consultation with Professor David Kilpatrick. What a wealth of knowledge! He spoke to us as equals and his explanations were so clear. After a stressful 4 weeks my husband’s blood pressure has returned to normal. Thankyou!

Seems to be a strong thread reading these reviews. Good doctors - incompetent practice management. Every interaction I've had with this practice has at best been disorganised, badly (non existantly) communicated, not to mention faulty and ancient equipment. Avoid this office till there's a few cultural/practical improvements. Stu

In this day and age you would think that there is so much information available about mental health that you would not feel judged or even slightly looked down upon, that's how l felt today. Front desk staff, one in particular looked at me and treated me differently, l felt judged. Perhaps a lesson in treating all patients in the same manner would not go astray. I am still none the wiser with my bill.
