I recently purchased an Haval jolion premium and I am happy with my purchase ,especially Yamna made the experience much better. Only thing I would like to flag is that there is absolutely no feedback from gwm after booking your car and you have to keep reaching out to them. I initially booked an black Haval about which I waited for one month and never heard back and upon taking correspondence I was told that it’s not available in Melbourne and had to be bought from China and will take one more month. I’m sure GWM vehicles are fantastic and we were interested in buying one but this dealership would have to be the worst I’ve walked into of any brand. Not acknowledged for ages. The sales guy we eventually spoke to had no idea about the GWM Haval I was enquiring about, very poor product knowledge. (I knew more about it from a google search) and there was a high level of arrogance from several of the male sales staff in there. I don’t know how they sell any cars with that attitude. Bought a Haval Jolion recently. Very friendly and professional service from Kieren.
The guys at GWM Hobart dealership were easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about the cars they are selling.
The Hobart GWM Service Department is appalling. There were five upset, complaining customers all waiting for their cars to be returned after services when I went by. To gain the attention of the staff, the customers were having to block the driveway, one man had to walk into the mechanics area, another said he had waited for 4hours and was by then running out of insulin, another said he'd been called to collect his car twice that day and by times he got there and it wasn't ready.
