Your drivers are terrible!
My experience with Hobart has been terrible. Based on our experience we have recenlty made the decision to start removing all Hobart equipment from our 9 kitchens and replace with competitor equipment. They do not provide good customer service, do not stand behind their parts or repairs when issues arise, do not follow up on issues reported, and are perfectly happy to leave your equipment out of service for weeks or months at a time.
