Absolutely appalled by the unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour by the Centre Manager. I hired a private office for one hour, during which my partner and I were conducting a live video verification with Google. We placed a few non-damaging A4 and A3 branded papers on the walls to make the space look professional, which is standard practice in any business setting.
