This was the most disgusting place I have ever seen. The place advertised 5 beds, and stated what type of beds on the website. It had one double bed only. The bed was not made. There were dirty towels in the bath, and no clean ones for us to use. There was lots of rubbish in the bin. Crumbs on the cupboard. There was dog hair throughout. Long hair in the bath and the sink. Good location. Unit was dirty and disgusting. Felt like we didn’t want to touch anything as it was not clean. There was food down the crack in the couch. An empty coffee jar sat on the bench, the dishwasher was full of dirty plates, etc., no face washers supplied with the towels and no shower gel, etc. supplied. The wardrobes had linen stuffed in there and no room to hang anything up. The most disgusting accomodation I have ever seen. Went to Hobart for a concert with 3 young children. The extra beds supplied had no bedding, the pull out couch bed was snapped in half and covered with a sheet to hide it, there was hair and dust throughout the unit, poo in the toilet, and soiled towels supplied. We weren’t able to stay as there was 1 bed which was capable of being slept on for 5 people. I have said here once and it was great I rebooked it again 2 weeks in adanvance and was fine until the day I was meant to arrive I was told it was double booked and now the owner will refuse to answer the phone or emails I have called over 100 times and no answer absolutely discussed with the level of communication
