"Disappointing Experience – Lack of Care and Accountability" To put it blunty, Pathetic. Purchased a premium certified vehicle from BMW Hobart, and the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The car arrived not detailed and with only one key – something you wouldn’t expect from any dealership, let alone one representing a premium brand.
