After reading the other reviews this seems silly. Service tech came out to replace a motor on a stand mixer. Had to order the part and said he would be back the following week. Following week comes and goes, I give Hobart a call and they say they haven’t received the part yet. Another week goes by, I call again, this time stating that I would like to be made aware of when they are coming to the restaurant to fix the mixer. Your driver coming from northern CO on I25 is a fine example of an inconsiderate, obnoxious driver bordering on road rage. Kept cutting in front of cars so he could attempt to go faster then the busy highway could allow at that time and then weaving in and out of traffic and when he couldn’t get over into the passing lane again he gave us the finger showing a fine example of the employees you hire. Would never hire this company based on this experience because if he’s this way on the highway I’m sure his work ethic is about ... read more

We called Hobart out to repair our commercial dishwasher and our experience dealing with them was great. We had no issues contacting anyone to set up a service call nor getting the proper documentation we needed on our end. They had a technician out within a couple of days to diagnose the issue and returned within a few days after that with the new parts and were able to get us taken care of. I got charged $262 for a service call. I had given them the model and part that needed replacing. The tech showed up randomly (never scheduled a time) didn't know what machine, model, or part I needed. Spent 5 minutes looking it up on his computer just to tell me they don't make/stock it anymore. All of that could have been handled over the phone.
