The best Korean BBQ in Minnesota. It's true. Some might say that's not saying much and they might be right. But I have so many fond memories of my 25+ times eating here that it's hard for me not to give this place 5 stars. Their meats are hit and miss when it comes to quality. I personally like the thinly sliced beef cuts here (even the tongue) as they are going to be the most consistent. The pork belly is also good, but that's a bit tougher to mess up imo. I had a really great experience at Hoban Korean BBQ. The overall dining experience was lively, fun, and perfect for anyone who enjoys interactive grilling at the table.
