Our representative, Nicole Brown will very seldom respond to our questions. We have been trying to get pineneedles in our beds since April. Lots of emails sent. Nothing done and no communication. Simple request for something we have received the previous five years. Strongly suggest finding another HOA management firm to use.
Terrible service! Will not respond to emails or phone calls. Will not enforce any bylaws. I'm not sure why we pay them at all! All they do is take your money for services and then ghost you!
