I am new to the area and Courtney Walters has been fantatic in guiding me through the ARC process and understanding the governing documents of my HOA. She also has provided some great information about the area and places to go. She is a gem!
I can speak for about 200 other neighbors in my same community. We have had zero customer service and terrible communication. None of us have any idea why we have to pay or be connected to this company. They do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for our community besides take our money to pay liaisons who never answer the phone.
Do not hire this firm! The entire Staff is slow to respond and difficult to work with. Months go by without a response to emails. They claim to be supportive of the communities that they represent yet they are unaware of issues, rarely visit our community, cannot provide basic information and communication is poor.
Horrific. I emailed them re the landscapers they hired in our community and they do not respond to email requests or concerns. They will ignore you and not assist in any wag shape or form. Be careful with this company. THEY DO NOT CARE
Our representative, Nicole Brown will very seldom respond to our questions. We have been trying to get pineneedles in our beds since April. Lots of emails sent. Nothing done and no communication. Simple request for something we have received the previous five years. Strongly suggest finding another HOA management firm to use.
